New Game Mode: Ban the User Above You

This game is mode is like a death match that goes on until everyone is banned.  When a ship dies, the player in the top most spot ('i.e. above you') is automatically banned.  The game continues until one team has no more players left.  Re-recruiting empty spots is allowed.

Any improvements or suggestions are welcome...
