Problems with my Astro A50

Hi guys

Ever since i started to play the game i always wanted to be able to do voice chat with others.
But when i activate my microphone it just freezes the game for a couple of seconds then the audio goes off ! Audio sometimes goes off for 10 seconds, sometimes permanent to.

Anyone have an idea what i should do ? I want to be able to use my microphone  :-[
