Minotaur reload

I've asked Muse to change minotaur reload from 9 to 8 seconds. 8 seconds is lumberjack reload and fair for the minotaur.

I think that's reasonable enough. :)

The Mann:
I never really use the Minotaur.

Is the reload rate bad?

I normally see people complain more about the knock back than other aspects.

Carn:
I don't care for it that much, but it does have an annoyingly long reload considering the damage it does.

DJ Logicalia:
As it sits now, it's the worst heavy weapon. The reload adjustment could help make it a little better
