To clarify, the first few tracks are very tame, kinda eerie which goes with that quiet flying prior to first contact. Later on in the soundtrack, you get some really insane pieces that are really bring out the emotion of a bad situation, and some triumphant pieces that go with that sweet moment when you double team a galleon that has given you hell for the whole match.

Though I don't consider myself a hipster, I don't listen to very much mainstream music culture.

I've never really tried it, and I'm perfectly happy with VG music.

I have a lot of this stuff.  My favourite genres are prog rock, jazz (and jazz fusion), and house, though video games seem to come up with amazingly energetic orchestral compositions that are always nice to listen to.

I will listen to anything for at least 5 minutes though.

Oh, not wanted to make you feel bad, I put that " " more as a joke than anything. ^^
I'm fully aware that most people don't like that kind of music, and I love that band because of have well the "Lead bass guitar" institution was being executed in their songs. ^^ But I'm won't be bitching around if somebody tells to turn it off.

If somebody would do so when I requested any Obscure Sphinx song - then, then I'd get pissed xD

If myself and three particular friends are all sat in their living room playing a few matches together, then we play a selection of rock music. bands such as AC/DC, Rise Against and SlipknoT feature in the list.

Ehh, if only I had wifi to make parties like that... I have room big enough for 4 players, I just have no way to connect them...
