This is the most probable answer, its either mis-wording or misunderstanding..

I think the Original Posters success rate is based off of playing with a team of players who work effectively as a team, he mentions rotations, suggesting the crew have their individual roles and need to rotate away from them, which just shows efficiency and good communication.
