This is what I think too... A great idea which would be good but ultimately would be abused by trolls :(

This could be abused if allowed custom music, I mean, I'd ram myself in a wall if I had to listen to something like Anaconda over and over again. Maybe that's the point...
On the other hand, the idea of sonic weaponry is rather awesome.
Blasting people to Abney Park would be fun.
