Achievement panel default selection

I'm very annoyed by the fact that selecting one of the categories in the achievement panel always shows the first tier on the right, which most players have already completed.

I want to see what I have to do next, that's the sole reason I even go to the achievement panel, but I have to reselect the current/active tier everytime I click on a new category.
