Is this forum suggesting a teaching tournament?
I am attempting to become a Community Ambassador in order to help individuals in the game.
If i am available, I will gladly participate.

I really don't care about items, teams, points, badge and so on, but I like to play with random people and/or be helpful.
Since I play on different times of the day and I won't be reliable as a partner, can I sign up alone and match up with any teacher that is online at the moment? No need about point and blah blah.
Also can I join novice matches/lobby alone as spectator?
I agree with Schwalbe on the teacher status. Something player can see just looking at your name like "community ambassador", so they can ask you question even ouside the teaching matches.
Otherwise, with a level 45 and the attitude to teach others, most of the time you'll be just a show off.
One way to do this could be create a teachers clan (that would make easier to know which teacher is online), but I understand that some of us don't want to leave their clan and this may not be an option.

Count me in! I'd love to show some landlubbers the ropes, lest they find the long drop on the other side ;)
I'll be talking to some of my fellow captains to see if they would like to sail with me to teach the greenleaves a thing or two.
If not, would anybody else like to fly with me :P
