"Maybe something deeper in?  This place looks rather hurriedly vacted..."

Koali:
*Shudders.*

"Didja have to say that? Now I'm all scared of an ancient plague or something!"

Carn:
(Ingur) finds a log in the desk "Well now, it seems this facility had an earthquake which buried it down here. That would explain why it was rapidly vacated. It looks like a few levels down theres a lab. Looks like they were trying to create new alloys and other materials here. Not strictly weapons or other things, but we may find notes and other items to create better armor for our ships."

(Carn) "The notes on the map do correlate pretty well. No indication of any biological experiments Koali. So odds are there aren't any mutants or other crimes against nature down her. But schematics, notes, and tech. Now those we should be able to find."

(Ingur) "I'm guessing that key open the door to the main lab a few floors down. This doesn't appear to be a massive facility."

Koali:
"Oh. Well, in that case, I say we find this new metal, figure out what it is, and see what it can do. And then put up some braces or something because I don't want a collapse."

Carn:
(Carn) "Now you see why I expressly said no explosives?"

(Ingur) "It looks like they were working on some fabrics as well, fire retardant, waterproof, armor. The alloys were the big thing though. We should be careful and check everything though. Never know what notes or schematics we may find in some desk."

(Carn) "You don't have to tell me that. I found the schematics to make Roxane in a pre-war lab."
