People say I should go outside more but it's so bright and there's this big weird thing in the sky that puts glare on my computer monitor. It's awful.

Water is the number one cause of drowning.
Trees are the number one cause of power outages due to things falling on power lines.
Sports are the number one cause of sports injuries.
I really see no benefits to this "outside" people keep talking about.
