Most people's pet peeves in this game are directed at our fellow players and not the game systems. I tend to address my pet peeves by writing lengthy tutorials on the proper way of doing things. Every time I post a tutorial, odds are high that a recent game involved a player doing something incredibly stupid (by my standards).
My current pet peeve is new pilots taking the galleon and running ineffectively around the map while their teammate dies.
