I did a full vet squid vs goldfish crazy king in the old days.

Squid would cap first, but by attrition goldfish would decap and cap point.

They got heavy guns and bigger hull and squids cannot leave point or lose the point anyway  (pre hull buff). A full squid team is a terrible idea as you needed 1 ship at least to tank.

a slight hardening of the glass doesnt change the fact that it is still glass.

It may be glass, but it's tempered glass.
