Wow guys, the solution is simple youre all right :D
IT IS: Mallet, Spanner OR Spanner, Mallet
It simply depends on the fight you're preparing for and your personal interests.
I am (as CA and Mad Hatter) mostly using mallet, spanner but when I'm preparing to fight against a lot of disableing, I use spanner, mallet.

This is way too simple AND with this system everybody wins.
