Lets instead encourage the teamplay and how the game is played to the CONSOLE PEASANTS and show exactly how one succeedes. If they complain because they arent fast enough, lead them over to buying the game in PC MASTERACE instead.

Want CS:GO level of players? Just introduce a ton of cosmetic gun/ship drops. Have heavy flaks with flames or some stupid shit that you can turn around and sell for real money on Steam. The game could suck and be filled with hackers but no one cares as long as they can sell what they get to dumb people who have to have hot pink colored mortar launchers. Heck, add a Hatsune Miku labeled Pyra drop and you'll have an entire country playing GOIO overnight :D.

Kinda like that Muse doesn't do this but if you want more players, Muse has to sell out a bit.

Stack a match with two of these ships.

In seriousness though I am looking forward to PS3 release, I have a few console steam punker friends who will like goio

Now that April 1 is over, this is obviously a joke :P

Whilst wary of the PS4 invasion when it happens, if it helps GoI in anyway, I'm all for it

If you're implying that CS:GO has large playerbase only due to the skins stuff... please don't.

I've played CS:GO a bit, just don't see the appeal outside of monetary benefits. If the matches aren't filled with hacks, they're just rehearsed meat grinds that are over in minutes because one team is a bunch of vets and the other team is a bunch of CoD playing noobs who charge in blasting at everything. Think I honestly only had one or two decent matches. Rest, just terrible.

We must've played a different game then. I see hacks very rarely (thanks to Overwatch) and about that veteran vs noob thing... well, at first, when you don't have the rank it kinda does this. But later it gets better. Also you can find very good servers for noobs in (all hail) server browser. For example I found great Team DM server where I, having around 20 hours played, was 4th and later 3rd out of my 15-20 people team.

Bring back the long range meta.
I never could accurately aim with a game pad, and I know most console shooters rely on auto aim. I hope muse doesn't add auto aim to this game especially for the long range shot drop guns. I am looking forward to the console influx if only to reply to the question of "how did you make that shot?" with "I use a mouse and can do ballistic calculations in my head."

I only started aiming with mouse recently. oh dear god its so insultingly easy in comparison.

still though... being mr at the very least average or above on everything. I can do if i gotta.

Also I approve of Vocaloid related content.

This. I want it in the game.

Just... wow. Anyway, that game has actually a good matchmaker, that mostly prevents what you just said. Unless of course you're in the skill group of "CoD playing noobs who charge in blasting at everything".

Gave it about 12hrs over multiple nights. I played CS mods in UT99 years prior tho so I knew the gameplay. Just about every match was terrible. Got used to the maps alright, they aren't hard. But every time it was a rehearsed battle. Everyone at the same spots, doing the same tricks. Reminded me of speedball style paintball which I hate with a passion but everyone out in Cali loves.

It literally made me miss Battlefield because at least in Battlefield I could drive a tank up the butts of the brats or had enough room to move so the matches wouldn't be all the same. When I thought about it that way I decided I had enough.
