Dismount vs. Leave Gun/Helm

Is there any practical difference between pressing "E" to dismount a gun or helm and pressing "Space" to leave a gun or helm?

beyond the space bar being bigger, not really. 8)

E is next to R so it's easy to quickly reload right before you get off a gun.

Also makes it really easy to accidentally get off the helm if you don't remap your throttle...
