*Continues forging the costume out of green steel, with a special socket on the face designed to fit a silver moustache.*
"Oh, and Carn, you'll need these."
*Sets the blueprints for the moustache on the corner of Carn's workbench.*
As green steel is absolutely indestructible (once it's totally quenched after forging), objects can be made very thin to save weight. Issue is, green steel's physical properties (besides strength) are kinda meh. It's not super light, but also not extremely heavy. It doesn't have any special acoustic properties, either. And it's still vulnerable to Tabasco sauce.
Carn:
(Carn) ignores the kirby as he can't afford to screw up the spell, particularly as he is now beginning the engraving

I understand you didn't want to screw up the spell, that's why I put the blueprints on the workbench rather than handing them to you. ;)
"Nope, my arms are tapered. I'm sure Carn can make the moustache work."
