Icarus uprising.

guys... even a game for 13 year olds has a solid comp scene...

Reminds me of my friend, who yesterday was surprised to hear, that Doom 2, the game that is 22 years old still has very solid modding scene.

You might've misunderstood, he means that the players are 13 years old

...oh.

...oh.

Psh, it's fine.  And it's kinda sad, but it's also from NINTENDO, so ehh.

I was excited when KF2 was early released, having played 220 hours of the original, but my old laptop couldn't run it. KF2 is improved in every way over the original but it's the same game. I'm disappointing that it hasn't evolved and is very grindy. It's fun but hard to stay interested. It's been early access for a while without much added and I'm worried that it will be outdated by the time of the retail version. I haven't gotten $20 value out of it

I have maybe 10-11 hours in KF2 so far, and I'm enjoying it, but it needs some more content badly.  I like the idea of the big CONTENT UPDATES (Incinerate and Detonate, Return of the Patriarch), but if they could pepper some balance/teaser patches between that'd be amazing.

Killing Floor is a fun game but I already played it. I was hoping for something new but it's not. It's an easy game to like and many will get great value from it

The content packs are stuff that need to be in the game already, but they're released slowly. I'm worried that it's taking too long to develop and people will lose interest

Similar sentiments.

I know TWI is a small team, but still.

Maybe halve the amount of content in each update and double the release rate?
Also, give us Sharpshooter damnit

Icarus uprising is pretty team-based (light vs dark)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=651RDNV-tKg

Team death match basically.

extra note-high rank weapon users kill off the team health by alot while low rank weapon users don't kill off as much.

also powers do not effect ranking. So some people use some really cheesy stuff. e.g. super powerful close range  weapon like a club. use spam transparency (turns you invisible to enemies) and then just kill them without them ever realising what killed them.

I've recently got into Rocket League.

While I am a terrible and useless competitive player, it is quite fun to play casually :)

Its even more fun to play with friends and lots of upgrades and such to cars mean you get a prize after every game :D

Don't worry, I have 30 hours played and still feel like total scrub. I like it too ;)

Recently back to Europa Universalis IV, this time with Common Sense.

GoI has been my main squeeze but it is closely followed by Town of Salem.

On occasion I will play FireArms: Source, Curious Expeditions, Sunless Sea, Insurgency and Rainbow Six: Siege.

GUYS. GUYS.

If you really like rogue-likes, turn-based combat and Lovecraftian horror, pick up Darkest Dungeon.

Sweet baby jesus it's awesome.

*If you don't like having your ass handed, then avoid like a plague, but it's still worth recommendation.

Finally got Dark Souls to work a few weeks. Thank you DSFix. I really love it. Working my way through NG+ with my strength build, and close to the end with my Sorcerer. It's really such a well made game, I can't believe I haven't played it until now
