In a competitive game, there's no hand holding.

You are wrong.

fighting game and rts and fps communities says otherwise.

When it comes to game time. You play to win and then brag about it after. People don't teach in these things (unless you're some youtuber), people study and discuss.

No one goes... oh you must be new let me waste time teaching you the mechanics of the game in the middle of a game.

No! When its game time you get good or get beaten.

Uhmmm.. I actually see mid game teaching a lot, if not constantly, from gun mechanics to repair strategies. I have seen at least a dozen 45ish players training new players in the middle of combat on the most basic things. Sometimes with a certain brisk tone, sometimes with unnerving calmness.

Ceres meant 'any game other than GOIO'. I mean, even on casual or server dm in CS:GO people don't waste time teaching you. You learn or you die. Some people (like WarOwl) upload some tutorials on youtube, but nobody can "teach" you how to control your recoil or throw smokes. They can show you, they can explain, but basically you have to learn it yourself.

In CS:GO you can:
1) play with bots on whatever map you want
2) make exec of whatever you want basically (my brother have a warmup exec where he creates team dm with harmless bots and you're alone on your team and enemy team is like 8 harmless bots, it's purpose is to warm-up shooting headshots)
3) create an empty server of whatever map you want to practice whatever you want (usually all kinds of grenades).

In GOIO you can basically fly on one empty map (Dunes) and create some dummies. Also GOIO doesn't have anything any skills worth practicing except maybe piloting.

She said is it "like... the trifecta" which I think means her intelligence and blondness serves the same tactical purpose as the trifecta. If she is not directly under fire she can output so much DPS that she could take out one enemy ship before the enemy team can focus down her ally. She is making the bold statement that any team with tactical sense would have to dedicate one ship to engaging her so she can't fully utilize her maximum offensive powers. She neglects to mention if she is like a long range trifecta or a short range trifecta, but going by the partially see through top I suspect she intends to user her blondness and intelligence maximize damage output at close range.

Maybe I spend too much time thinking about this game.

Trifecta joke:
She did it on purpose, as a bout of self deprecation.
