Also slight disconnect, the expedition is taking a route Southeast of Cathedral, taking the route from Cathedral to Sunder to Truth Lake and White Sea before crossing into The Guild from Albys over the Abyssal Gulf. From there we'll proceed from Starostrog to Vyshtorg and then begin our expedition in Gura Lupulul. Orrington as you've noted lay to the Southwest of Cathedral and is out of our general path. We can fix this though, somehow.

I could fix it by saying that actually Mr. Emil doesn't know shit about maps, so he confused two lakes and his real position.
That'd also explain his official codename in the Barony: Strayed
