Yes it means muse like the idea too, and it'll find its way in game in time. :)

How busy are they? Very, they're all under the whip, working hard on co-op ships, terrain and other goodies. :)

And a Community Ambassador is a voluntary member of the community whom has sold their soul to muse in exchange to represent the company, welcome and teach new players, help arrange events (check the community events most events will be run by ambassadors :) ) and in general be nice and awesome.  8)
