Not being used in pubs doesn't mean it's not good. I think Gatling is the only gun I see more used than the Artemis in higher level play.
Hades is making a come back.
And last scs I took Hades Artemis..
In competitive it really depends on the engagements you are going to yourself in..
Quite often on the larger maps gatling will be the last choice, and it's ease of use often makes it a good choice..
Again though it depends on the type of engagements you think you're going to find yourself in.
