In Game Role Play Group

My friend and I might be looking into joining or making a role playing group for guns of icarus. The idea we have is something like, gathering a crew or two of people and role play through text or voice chat and see where conversation takes us. We can set up battle scenarios or have role playing fights with ourselves in real gameplay. If anyone is interested or has more information on something like this then feel free to share. Oh, not only that, if you have any other ideas to add please share them.

A few people I've met just stay in character while in game, very fun to be around!
Just stick together stay IC and you'll soon start attracting like minded players.
The thing to remember with the forums though, only the best most elite awesome players browse the forums. Other people check it once or twice or are unaware of its existence.

But yeah stay IC in game and you'll easily attract enough people to fill a ship or two. :)

Larping it up is the only way to go.

Sure it spins some of them out, you can hear what they're thinking.... Dare I, Should I. Some get straight in with the salt some are like Cabin boys and need milk and a cookie to move them on. But it sure is a fun experience. Only way to play.

One of our Ships is called the "DarlekConsolidated" When the Capt'n is on the helm it is EXTERMINATE. "The Cybermen on the Spire Represent no THREAT they are HUMANS. SPARE the AI.  EXTERMINATE EXTERMINATE. HUMANS on a pyramidion EXTERMINATE. So funny it has the lobby in tears. It is even worse if the opposing team heckles the Capt'n he just goes even more DARLEK, Davros would be proud.
