I want a parrot randomly flying around the ship repeating my orders at random in a parrot voice or even have it fly over to the enemy ship when they are close while just being plane annoying to them.

Parrot flying around / sitting on ones shoulder shouting things like "GROUNDLOVER. GROUNDLOVER", "YA BLOODY BASTARD", "SON OF A WHORE. SON OF A WHOOORE [shrieky laughter]", "KAISER IDIOT" [but I don't suppose you'll get the reference].

Yes...absolutely yes...but sadly Muse probably wouldn't depict realistic monkey combat. Just like Hollywood always fails at. Planet of the Apes should have been smellier and had more projectile weaponry!!
