It looks like European players on Wednesdays can race at:
10am-12pm PST 1pm-3pm EST (7pm-9pm about for Europe).
(forgive any errors)
This is obviously when American players should be working.
If we assume a good time for people to race on weekdays is 7pm-9pm around the world we can set up multiple race times like this:
AUSTRALIAN RACES:
Australia
GMT +08 19:00
Europe
GMT +01 12:00
America
EST 6:00am
PST 3:00am
EUROPEAN RACES:
Europe
GMT +01 19:00
America
EST 1:00pm
PST 10:00am
Australia
GMT +08 2:00 on Thursday
AMERICAN RACES:
America
EST 9:00pm
PST 6:00pm
Australia
GMT +08 10:00 on Thursday
Europe
GMT +01 3:00 on Thursday
Races will last as long as people still can and want to race.
The INTERNATIONAL part of ISRA is hard.
Above is all english speaking, if anyone wants to be the ISRA's Russian, Japanese, ect translators let me know.
You can sign up for any and all of these races. Please let me know if you want any of these times adjusted. All times are based on rough guesses of when people can play and possible time zone calculation errors.
I JaceBoojah will be at any race that at least 2 other people want to race in.
please point out errors of tell me if you want something to change.

when you get a regular calendar of this event i could make an announcement for russian players.
It would be also great to have a full codex of rules to translate and post for our players, because few could understand English version. You could send it by e-mail (watch your PM inbox for adress).
