Adding time

Hoja Lateralus:
When timer go below 30 seconds adding time do not adds 30 seconds, it only resets the timer to 30 seconds. I'm all against that. Make [Add time] always increase the timer by 30 seconds.

inb4 "Just add time later" - no, because I don't want to take risk of misclicking or forgetting about timer

Dementio:
Not when the timer goes to 30 seconds, but when the "Match start"-timer starts, which is 30 seconds long.

But yes, it's quite silly.
