Random unique AI crewmember

So far matchmaker gives me "random unique crewmembers" below lvl10. Many of them are combinations of those 3 features you mentioned, especially the Useless Crewmember one....

What about re-skinning the Jesus A.I.?  White robes, long hair, the works?
