How do you get the assassin hood headgear?

Alos, is there a female variant of it?  I've only seen male thus far.

I'm pretty sure that you can just buy it in the store. It might be available as one of the rewards for leveling up gunner.

No female variant as far as I know

You can't buy it, only earn it. Used to be on gunner 5, so probably 13 now. Females get a weird egyptian hairdo.
