That Ship In The Refinery

So today I played on the refinery for the first time, upon my second game I noticed an airship in the background, here is a slight description of what I saw:

-2 balloons side by side
-A deepish draft
-Connor Mc. thought he saw it was built around a gun

Now here's a question for you, if such a ship were to be put in game, how would you imagine the deck and engineering hard point layouts be? How fast would it go, how strong would it's hull be, and would you consider a gun mounted along the ships hull OP?

Someone, I can't remember who, told me it was a prototype ship that never made it into game.

There's a sad magic about it, maybe it's a rail gun

I personaly thought it look like some kind of cargo ship.
