Ok, so when I went to go change my profile pic is says I can use my avatar if I had the url, how do I get that?

the image has to be on the internet; right click the image, click "copy image location".  paste it into the URL slot where you're trying to change your forum avatar - that should give it to you.

if the image is on your computer and not the internet, choose the "upload an avatar" option instead of URL.
