Clan tag under name doesn't seem to update

I am no longer in a clan, yet the forums lists me as still being in a clan. I can't seem to find anywhere in the profile editor to amend this. Is this intentional? It seems to have frozen my profile information to that of my character profile on GoI at the time when I first created my forum account.

It only updates when you join a clan, apparently.

Joining and leaving a clan doesn't seem to change it so far. I've tried creating a clan and temp joining a friend's clan but still no change. Is there a certain requirements to the numbers of days I need to be in a Clan???

I believe there is a job that runs to migrate some user data from the GoIO database to the forum database.  From what I have seen I think the job runs once per day.  You can try to leave a clan tag on for a day and it should update at some point.

There has been problems before where some users levels don't sync, so in the end your best bet might be to send an email to feedback@musegames.com so they can fix whatever has broken.
