My gunner is usually the person I trust the most.

What Riggatto said. But I love all engineers for doing the work i don't want to.

Hoja Lateralus:
I have very little experience in piloting but the rule of thumb is the most experienced engie is the main. I think I love engineers more because they have much much much much much of work to do (especially during Crazy King matches).

Well... all of them.

Because they'r all important.
