Hey guys, When you are trying to setup your crew and one of them wont respond please don't blame them for holding up the lobby. Take responsibility for your actions and realize that it's YOU who is holding up the lobby. Take the time to say "sorry guys, I want my crew setup right before I hit ready" Don't yell at your afk crew for not responding to you.

But I like yelling. I wouldn't have played the game for as long as I have if I didn't get to yell at people. It can be an amazingly cathartic experience.

Spud, not everyone has infinite patience like you do. I try to be nice to people but it's hard  :P
