Global's chat availability

I e-mailed it to the Devs and got response that Global Chat would probably be too distracting for the players in matches. So unless someone will prove them wrong in their mail - I don't see any of suggestion here making it to the game.

...thing is, if it's in tabs, only the people interested in keeping up with the global chat will opt to distract themselves with it.  and for everyone else, it'll largely be the same.

and I don't see it any more distracting as having to chat with a player that doesn't have a mic.

really I don't care about having global chat too much, I wouldn't use it hardly, but I support the ones that want it - I don't think it's a bad idea if implemented correctly.

If it's put in as a tab, then people who find it too distracting can just choose to hide it.

As I explained it already in OP.

I am not suggesting to force the global chat into a match chat.
All I am suggesting not to turn it off when player joins the match.

Lost me? Alright now go to game and do the following:
1) Create a practice match
2) Push ESC
3) Push COMMUNITY
4) You will see the chat.
5) The chat in match features 3 channels:
-Match
-Clan
-Global
6) Unless you specifically switch your active chat tab to global you are not supposed to see the global chat out of it's chat tab
