Byron Cavendish:
Thanks guys!

MagKel:
everybody is bumping.. so... ::)

Byron Cavendish:
A year ago I left the Gents clan and it's squabbles to create a vision. I dreamed of something elevated from a simple gaming clan- an actual brotherhood.

I made it to be based off of the joys I learned from a random stranger I met in GOIO, such as sharing games just to enjoy them with someone else, competing together for the elation of camaraderie, not the win, and the sense of wholeness in gaming that comes from respect and trust in others.

Now one year later, I am proud of what I started, but more so what every member has helped develop this group into. We may not be the best at every game, but we have something very few other gaming groups can ever have.

So happy birthday The Brotherhood!

With pleasure i bump this thread. it is nice to fly with us, either with a competitive mindset or a casual approach.

The clan is mostly North American but more and more European and Eastern players are joining (including me), which means you can find one of us 24/7. We have a TS channel and a website http://thebrotherhoodofgoio.com/ where you can find more.

Practice is on weekends, mostly against other clans, Saturday and Sunday afternoon (EST), after that we set up a few lobbies with 2 TB on each ship to avoid stacking and maybe teach a trick or two to the new players. Check on global chat and join our games.

mind that we are not a "catch-em-all" or authoritative clan: if you look at our clan in GOIO you will see we are all officers because, well, democracy and mutual trust.

May your skies be clear of flak and your balloon not on fire!

Hey, TB.

The OP in this thread is really touching. I'd love to play with you guys and see about becoming friends and teammates. I submitted an application on your site and look forward to hearing back.
