Quack Quack, it's Duck Time

I think that's the "mandarin" duck. They have them at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo, but I never made it through the gates to see.

Not to play into the above, but...Do people eat waterfowls with pancakes? Is that a thing?

your probbly thinking about american pancakes, the ones you put ducks on are wafer thin

Been quite a bit, but I've never really seen pancakes associated with duck. Then again, other aspects of Chinese cuisine (like eating children) are also foreign to me.
