how does the buff hammer effect stack with ammo damage modifiers?

are the boni additive (e.g. charged&buffed: 1+.3+.2 = 1.5) or are they multiplicative (e.g. charged&buffed: 1*1.3*1.2 = 1.6)? Or is it more complex?

or (depending on what is applied first)

1 + .3 * (1) = 1.3 + .2 * (1.3) = 1.56
