can fight with rapier against most other kind of blade, be it saber, longsword, or even katana. (can handle most other blades well too)
axes would be very hard to go against with a rapier since rapiers are light and could get beaten up by more forceful weapons, (it's a duel weapon, not a battle weapon), but it could be done with superior reach and some tricky play, particularly by targeting extremities such as poorly protected hands and arms, and legs

Indeed, it also would depend on the axemans style. And the type of axe.

For example, Carn would win. Period.
Now, humanoid Koali with a dadao would probably take a few thrusts before getting close enough to cleave your head in half.
I'll just point out that a rapier can stab right through a body with little or no resistance at all.

Yes Koali, I know how rapiers work.
Carn would win most likely because he's a big strong Anglean marauder, you on the other hand, since you're invulnerable it seems, I would just play defense until I get a position where I can pin your arm to the rest of your body, or we get hungry and decide to quit and go eat.
Moral: never TELL people you're invulnerable, it spoils the effect.
