Looking for a crew to take over the relm

Welcome Mates to my great ship The Squid.
I as a captain am looking to take the skies for the fast and nimble. To do this we will be taking the role of the disable style ship. We will move in on ships from blind spots and shut down their guns and engines. And then leave to the next target so our partner can quickly finish ship after ship.
I have run it with ai crew and done well enough but now is the time to take the skies and paint it red with fire!!

I admire you actually looking for people to crew your Squid, but I would like to add that this is pretty much what the Squid should be doing in any match.

Yeah in game is a better place for this.
Then when you get the crew you like add them or start a clan to keep in touch
(Usually an add is fine, that way you guys can join an established clan together and fly with a team)
