They can be saved permanently, but that requires the channel owner to specify that they want it saved forever.

Regardless, Hammer Division vods are not up to me.

I asked Rob on his stream about an hour before SCS matches started about uploading their stuff on youtube. Although I didn't specify I meant mostly uploading Fork and Hephaestus videos, he did say that he has a big-ass hard drive with all the stuff recorded and currently archived, and he will upload it at some point. So no worries, although not now, VODs will get there.

@Edit: I take that back, just checked their YT account, the videos from the first Hephaestus Week are already there.
