Definitely the Chaladonian Order! They remind me of England in the time that Britannia ruled the waves. Here's hoping their armada will be equally impressive.
Also, they most likely designed the Squid! Any nation ingenious enough to design a ship like that has got my support.
Having actual flora is a nice plus too.

Yep, the Squid was designed in Chaladon by Sir Isaac Phillips.
