Give more roleplay abilities...

Lost in woods:
I suggest to add some role-playing features. It can be a preferred classes list (captain need 1 gunner, 1 buffing engineer, 1 healing engineer). Good idea IMHO is also to  modify ship menu, showing the zones of responsibility 4 different teammates. This zones can be added to guns (& engines in future)
