More on topic...
Captaining my Junker, the HMCS Steaming Lump, and I have a random pickup group. We just finished killing a Lumberfish that got too close, when my gunner laughs and says, "Ha! More like Dumberfish!" into Match chat. We have a good laugh, but as we were engaging a Blenderfish, out of absolutely nowhere comes a bunch of Lumber shots, massacreing us. The enemy captain says: "You were saying?". From there the match devolved into who could make the flashiest kill and best one liner, and then when and if you were killed by a ship you'd taken out, getting one liner'd back.
I love this community.

To be fair when I said that I was tired and discussing trolls...
Players listening is the best thing, and that happens so much more often :D
And yes, this community is excellent.

I usually try. If the captain knows what he's doing, that is. If he's screaming at me to repair the guns when almost every component down, along with the balloon and armor... yeah no. There is nothing worse than dealing with a Powder Monkey who INSISTS on sitting on the carronade and not moving. Especially when they are not only out of range, but turned away and they spam "TURN TURN TURN TURN YOU IDIOT TURN" into chat. Or when they not only ignore your recommended loadout, but constantly use Lochnagar on the Hwacha and act like its not their fault the gun is broken.
