Heavy Clip Mines Sink
« on: May 18, 2014, 06:32:47 pm »
Heavy clip uses heavier ammunition. Heavy clip mines should therefor be heavier, and thus should sink when fired.

Result: Depth charges.

Brilliant idea Richard, I wholly support this idea, would be perfect for my mine squid... All it needs now is a horn to honk that sounds like an air raid siren...

I would love this, but i think the easier route would be to make the mines baloon much much weaker so that you can instantly sink it it.

Instead of, changing heavy clip just for the mines :/

It's like increasing merc damage just so you don't have to use charged rounds on it :P
The purpose of applying different ammo to a gun is to get different effects from it that you would have with normal ammo. I believe heavy clip changes nothing for mines, so this idea is totally valid.

You need two shots with heavy clip carro to drop a mine. Even if it only took one, why have two guns to do the job of one ammo?
