A group of people are trying to revive the LA Amtgard shire known as Crimson Sanctum. Last weekend they had their first meeting since the park stopped meeting (I don't know how long ago). A group from San Diego including my self went up to pad their numbers and bring some loaners.

That is me on the left taking body mechanics with Downfall who is a fantastic swordsman. If you are in the LA area here is a face book link you may be interested in:

I LARP Guns of Icarus all the time, just pick up a mallet and run around hitting things.

I don't larp, but I do play quidditch, which like 5 years ago would have been similar to larping. Now it's more tackling and pain.
