I usually play with 3 or more of my friends. So if we lose we blame each other and decide to promptly increase our accuracy by popping open another bottle of beer each.
When we lack one crew member, the most prevalent reason is late joiners replacing the AI Engineer. ("Wtf? Why doesn't he rep... oh... we have another gunner now..."... OR the most simple reason: The other team is just tons better. Happens a lot too.
We're not that good. But not that bad either.
