Halo and Call of Duty both have listen-in during tournaments  :)

Edit: Also, since everyone uses mumble and TS, perhaps the casters could connect in with permission (not sure how the streamed delay works into this)

But what channels do you listen to? If you are playing 4 different ships mic chat plus captain's channels it gets crazy fast. Just captain chat might be alright. Stream watching due become more of an issue though.
