Engineer tool: Helium Tank

Richard LeMoon:
Specialized balloon tool. This tool is a portable tank of helium. It works like a mallet on the balloon, only more so. Repairs 50% (as a starting number) more HP to a balloon than the mallet. 10 second cooldown. Does nothing to any other components.

For giggles. 'Misses' result in higher pitched voice and V communications.

i would love to have some specialized tools in the game, but its hard to say if its overpowered or whatever.
I actually think that ideas like this is on the table for coop mode etc.

Squidslinger Gilder:
The reinforcement tool idea is still the best one I've seen in awhile. With proper tuning it would fit right in

Battle Toads:
Very interesting, I could see this being used by a buff engie at the top of a pyra, or a pilot on a galleon
