A good munker miner will always be prepping incendiary or regular distance for their next shot after lesmok just to prevent an enemy ship from doing that. The reload time on the mine takes long enough where they can see the enemy ship attempting to make a move and determine if they need to continue lesmok mining or switch to closer. Also Munkers often have a minimum of 2 launchers. The 2nd launcher needs to run reg + incendiary so yes you could try that trick, its just not going to work if both launchers are operating.
