What effect does the buff hammer have on weapons?

Does anyone have numbers (preferably backed up by a source) for the buff hammers effect?

Wasnt it 30%dmg?

It says +20% in the character customisation screen and in the in game manual.

Then i just mixed numbers and it probably is 20% :D.

N-Sunderland:
+20% damage is correct.
