Guys, here's my plan:
Who can set the wall on fire?

I then start load the catapult with my soldiers and launch them at the wall.

Do I have to dedicate this turn to building or can I also attack without stalling construction?
If I can attack then I load up the catapult and use it's "Bonus attacking cities" to destroy the Berlin Narcotic made. Dunno what effect it actually does to it though...
